All services

Website, built or rebuilt

A site that looks like the business you actually run.

TimelineSet in writing in the quote, job by job

A website for a local business that looks serious, loads fast, works on a phone and brings the calls in: up to six pages, your photos and text, your Google listing, a form that reaches you, and a panel to change what changes often from your phone.

Who it is for

For restaurants, contractors and shops in Portland whose site is old, slow, or does not exist yet.

Who it is not for

Not for a business that wants to sell products online with a cart and payments: that is an online store, quoted separately and in writing, and we say so in the first reply.

What it includes

  • Up to six pages, in one language; bilingual on request
  • Your photos and text, arranged; what is missing, we write
  • Fast on a phone and easy to find on Google
  • A form that reaches you, and a QR code for reviews
  • A private panel to change hours, notices, menu and prices from your phone
  • Hosting, domain and security set up, in your name

Section II

Method

3 steps, in this order.

How the work goes

I

We look at what you have

Your current site, your photos, your reviews and what your customers ask you most. A visit or a call, in English or Spanish.

II

You get the plan in writing

The pages, what goes on each one, the price and the delivery date for your job, before anything is built. What is not written down is not part of the job.

III

We build it, you review it, it goes live

You see it on your phone before anyone else does. We fix what you point out, put it on your domain and hand you the keys.

Section III

From you

5 things. We ask for them at the start, not before.

What we need from you

  • Your logo, or the name as you write it
  • Photos of your place and your work, even from a phone
  • Hours, address, phone and the services you offer
  • Access to your current domain, if you have one
  • Who will edit the panel: one or two people and their phone numbers

Section IV

Deliverable

Delivered in writing, in your language.

What you have at the end

A finished website on your own domain, in your name, with the passwords in your hands, the panel to change hours, notices, menu and prices yourself, a one-page guide, and the written list of what was built.

Section V

Queries

3 questions we get asked before hiring us.

Before you write

Can it be in English and Spanish?
Yes. Both versions are written, not translated by a machine, and kept in step. It is an extra of 600 because it is real work, and it is the reason many of your customers will call you and not the next one.
What is the panel, and is it a reservation system?
A private page where you change hours, holiday closures, notices, menu and prices from your phone, and the site updates on the spot. It is not a reservation system, on purpose: reservation requests confirmed with one tap are an extra of 500 to 700 because of the text messages.
Do you take the photos?
If yours are not enough, we bring a photographer or a drone operator for a session and quote it separately. Good photos are most of what makes a site look serious.
