Privacy policy
What Kessler collects when you write to us, why, where it is kept, and how to ask for it to be deleted.
Who we are
Kessler is a web studio in the Portland metro area, Oregon. For anything about your data, write to contact@kessler.studio.
What we collect
Only what you type in the contact form: your name, your email address, your message, the service you chose and the language you wrote in. We also keep the IP address of the submission for a short time, to stop automated abuse.
Why
To answer you. Nothing else: no mailing lists, no newsletters, no advertising. We do not sell or rent your data.
Where it is kept
Your message is stored in a database run by Cloudflare in the United States, and a copy reaches our mailbox, which is run by Google. Both act on our instructions only. We keep the message while the conversation is open and for no more than 24 months after it closes.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from robots; it loads only when you reach the form and may set a technical cookie of its own, governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@kessler.studio and we answer within one business day. If you are a client, the data we handle to build or maintain your site is yours and is covered by your agreement.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. The version you see is the one in force.
