Shipping cost analysis

Find out what you are really paying to ship, and what you could stop paying.

450one-time

TimelineOne week from the day you send your rates. Priority, two business days: 200 dollars more

A line-by-line review of what you actually pay to ship: carriers, rates, packaging and surcharges. You receive a written report with the savings found and exactly how to claim them.

Who it is for

For sellers shipping 20 or more parcels a month who have never checked their rates against another carrier.

Who it is not for

Not for sellers shipping fewer than twenty parcels a month: at that volume the savings rarely cover the fee, and we will tell you so before charging you.

What it includes

  • Every carrier rate you pay today, side by side
  • Where dimensional weight is charging you for air
  • Surcharges you can drop: residential, fuel, handling
  • Box and packaging sizes that cost you a zone
  • A written report with the numbers and the steps

Section II

Method

3 steps, in this order.

How the work goes

I

You send us your numbers

Your carrier invoices from the last two or three months, your box sizes, and where your parcels usually go. Photos of invoices are fine.

II

We take them apart, line by line

Every rate, every surcharge, every box measured against what dimensional weight is actually charging you. Compared against the published rates of the other carriers.

III

You get the report, and we walk through it

A written report with the numbers, ordered by how much each change saves, and exactly what to do for each one. Any question about it is answered in writing, in English or Spanish, so the answer stays with the report.

Section III

From you

4 things. We ask for them at the start, not before.

What we need from you

  • Carrier invoices from the last two or three months
  • The sizes and weights of the boxes you use most
  • Roughly where your parcels go: local, national, abroad
  • Whether you have a negotiated rate with any carrier

Section IV

Deliverable

Delivered in writing, in your language.

What you have at the end

A written report, in your language, listing each saving found with its amount, the step that gets it, and the surcharges you can drop today. You keep it: it is the document you bring the next time a carrier raises your rates.

Section V

Questions

2 questions we get asked before hiring us.

Before you write

What if you find no savings?
If the report does not find yearly savings of at least the price of the analysis, you do not pay. You keep the report, in writing, and the certainty that your rates are already right, which is worth something the next time someone tries to sell you a change.
Do I need to switch carriers?
Not necessarily. Many savings are inside the carrier you already use: a box size, a surcharge, a service level. Switching is one option among several, and the report says which.
