Online store setup

A store that is ready to sell the day it opens, and that you can run yourself.

3,200one-time

TimelineTwo to three weeks, depending on your catalogue. Priority, ten days: 1,300 dollars more, if the queue allows

Your store built right and ready to sell: products loaded, payments and shipping configured, and a walkthrough so you can run it yourself from day one.

Who it is for

For sellers opening their first store, or moving off a page that only takes messages. No data migration yet: that comes later.

Who it is not for

Not for moving an existing store with its order history to a new platform: data migration is its own job and doing it badly loses orders, so we do not offer it yet.

What it includes

  • Your products loaded, with photos, prices and stock
  • Payments set up so the money reaches your account
  • Shipping rates that match what you actually pay
  • Tax settings configured in the platform, with the rates you give us
  • A walkthrough, recorded, so you can run it alone

Section II

Method

3 steps, in this order.

How the work goes

I

We agree on what goes in

How many products, which payment methods, where you ship and how you charge for it. The price and the timeline are set here, in writing, before anything is built.

II

You send the material, we build

Product photos, prices and descriptions in whatever form you have them. We load everything, configure payments, shipping and taxes as you indicate, and send you a preview link as it takes shape.

III

We hand it over, and teach you to run it

A test order placed and refunded end to end, so you see the money arrive. Then a recorded walkthrough of the tasks you will do every week: add a product, change a price, ship an order.

Section III

From you

4 things. We ask for them at the start, not before.

What we need from you

  • Product photos, prices and descriptions, in any format
  • Your business details for payments: bank account and tax ID
  • The shipping rates you charge, or the ones from your shipping analysis
  • A domain name, or we help you buy one

Section IV

Deliverable

Delivered in writing, in your language.

What you have at the end

Your store, live on your own domain, with your products loaded, payments arriving in your account, shipping and taxes configured, a recorded walkthrough, and a written list of everything that was set up and where to change it.

Section V

Questions

2 questions we get asked before hiring us.

Before you write

Which platform will my store be on?
Shopify, WooCommerce or Squarespace, depending on what you sell and what you can pay monthly: we recommend one and explain why. The platform subscription is paid by you, separately from our fee.
Will I be able to change things myself afterwards?
Yes, and that is the point. The walkthrough covers the weekly tasks, and the written list says where each thing lives. If you would rather someone else handled it, that is the monthly maintenance.
